1. You information will be used for internal and external appointment reminders, specifically in-home consultations and generator installations. Messages will include appointment time and who is attending the appointment
2. You can unenroll from the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the toll free number. After sending “STOP”, you will be immediately unenrolled from the SMS service and you will not longer receive SMS messages from Florida Generator. To re-enroll in SMS appointment reminders, resubmit the in-home consultation form and confirm that you would like to receive SMS reminders. This form can be found on this page or at this URL.
3. If you are experiencing any issues with the SMS messaging service, you can reply to the toll free number with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent from Florida Generator to the customer or from the customer to Florida Generator. If you have any Questions regarding your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider with any questions.
